Ecrux Maintenance Agreement

 

We provide

 
LIFE TIME maintenance and support on EVERYTHING we develop
FREE maintenance and support on everything we develop for the first 3 months, after all original contractual obligations have been met.
 
Maintenance and support covers ALL issues and bugs in our software and any minor modifications.
 
   
We offer the following maintenance plans which take effect after the original 3 month period:
 
Ecrux preferred annual plan (Most cost effective)
24 * 7 plan
Dedicated developer(s) plan

 
Ecrux preferred annual plan (Most cost effective)
 
You can buy the annual plan on yearly basis after the product is released and delivered. It costs only 15% of the total project fees per year.
It covers all issues and bugs in our software AND any modification or new feature which take up to 4 man hours for development.
 
Any major modification or new feature which takes more than 4 man hours is charged separately.
 
The one year timeframe starts AFTER we have a signed agreement and could be renewed/reinstated at any time.
 
You can buy the plan for 1-year, 2-year, 3-years or more. We offer 20% discount on the maintenance fees of every added year, (above 1 year) you buy the maintenance agreement for.
 
 
24 * 7 plan
 
We do provide 24*7 plan and when we say 24*7, we mean 24*7. You will have a contact telephone number you can call 24*7 and you will get a response within 24 hours. The fees would be higher in this case. Please contact us for details.
 
 
Dedicated developer(s) plan
 
One or more developers will be dedicated to maintain your product. They will be working ONLY on the maintenance of your product, which could include upgrade and modifications also. You get to select a developer and most of the time you can select the original developer who worked on the application, hence ensuring that you get the best performance and least surprises. It’s a fixed price plan, usually calculated by monthly cost per developer multiplied by number of developers.

It is recommended for complex huge projects which require continuous monitoring.

We still support every line of code we are responsible for, even when you don’t have any maintenance agreement. But then we charge the time we spend (Explanation, Fixing issues, modifications, new features etc…) at our prevailing hourly rate, which usually cumulates to a much higher amount.

Like always, we are very flexible. We can discuss if you have any other maintenance plan in mind.

Note: anything that changes any major functionality or is greater than 4 man hours will be subject to additional fees.
