Software manager

We have an opportunity for a software manager in Hyderabad, India. He will report directly to the director of R&D.

Responsibilities

	Manage a team of software developers, testers and designers.
	Manage the project; the complete development life cycle
	Prepare and maintain the project plans that meet deadlines
	Analyze customer requirements, prepare specification document for the engineers
	Recommend executive management on improvements of processes

Requirements

	Excellent communication and presentation skills
	3-5 years of experience in software development
	1-3 years of experience as team lead or project manager
	Undergraduate degree in Engineering; from reputed engineering colleges preferred
	Dynamic, energetic, ambitious candidate only.
