Marketing companies keep a database of potential clients, their addresses etc… They keep the records to contact them in future. The records are made by their marketing people. Usually, some of the records are invalid (wrong names, wrong characters, changed postal address etc.,). They send their record to out client; Apollo to process their records.


This application takes the records, processes them, does CASS/NCOA processing to get new/valid address, generate reports etc., And then send it back to the marketing companies. The records are usually in fixed field format.
