The Requirement

Design and build a job portal with a conference feature using latest technology.  Provide the ability to bring together employers and jobseekers who under normal circumstances wouldn't have the opportunity to meet one another.  Take the standard job board functionality a step further and allow employers to use the portal to interview potential candidates.  This should be done at no extra cost to the end user and should be simple enough for anyone to use.

Using the latest technology, we developed a conference feature which allows hundreds of simultaneous users to use the facility without disruption of service.  With a hosting platform which expands in bandwidth to handle larger loads, this system can sustain millions of users seamlessly.  No matter what time zone the user is in, the system will determine where in the world each user is and schedule a conference time accordingly.  The employer is able to review the candidate resume and details alongside the conference and both candidate and employer are able to send instant messages to one another as well as chat face to face with no distortion.

The system works whether you're on a PC or a MAC and the only thing you need is a webcam.  Reducing travel costs as well as interview costs, this is a sure solution for both jobseekers as well as employers.
