The Requirement

The company generate leads for a number of different industries including accountants (see www.justaccountants.co.uk/quote.html) and web designers (see www.comparedesigners.co.uk).  They were looking for a combined lead management, CRM and invoicing software that can be used both by their staff and by the clients they send the leads to.

ADMINISTRATION : We created the ability to set up login's for different staff with different levels of access.

SETTING UP: Leads and Leads Types: We defined lead types and lead costs that can be overridden on a per customer basis.

LOG IN DASHBOARD: We developed a dashboard which shows all new leads. Leads still un-contacted. Client requests to be followed up.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AREA : We provided a feature which allows administrators to add company details and the type of lead per account, lead cap per month and cost per lead.

L LEAD MODULE : The ability to view new leads. search leads by criteria, view individual leads, the ability to add a paragraph of information to the notes section of the lead, then email according to lead type and criteria to up to 4 clients. The ability for users to be able to click 'prepare to send,' choose from drop downs of lead criteria and type and then display the names of clients who are still under their lead cap, select the 4 clients to send the lead to, then click 'send'. Leads are assigned to the relevant client as valid leads. Leads can be set to different statuses (valid, invalid, replacement).

EXPORT AND INVOICING : We provided a feature which allows the client to export each clients lead, according to date to XLS or CSV. The spreadsheet should show date each lead was sent, name of lead, lead status and lead cost. Integration with KashFlow Bookkeeping API so that the company can quickly create invoices for each client.

CLIENTS AREA : Clients can have individual log in's and can view leads sent, lead details, lead statuses. They can also see how many leads they've received and how far off their lead cap they are. They can also send email queries about leads. We will get notification and can see links to the query on the dashboard.

REPORTS AND STATS : View total leads sent. Total value of leads. View reports by lead type, client, lead statuses View reports by lead source
